As a small business based in Western Australia, we strive to provide fair shipping rates while ensuring your items arrive safely. Larger items have a set price for shipping due to their size and weight, while smaller items are shipped at a lower flat rate. For international orders, shipping costs will naturally be higher due to the distance. We wrap your items with the utmost care so you can enjoy your Inkling Resin Art. Please note that we do not accept local pick-up at this time.

Returns

Being a small business, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase with original packaging, if your item is faulty or broken upon arrival. To initiate a return, please contact us using the returns form below and ship the item back in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the item, we can arrange for an exchange or a refund of the item's cost. Unfortunately, as a small business, we are unable to cover or reimburse the cost of shipping. We appreciate your understanding and support.
